Accommodations

We supply everything that is needed for your pet transportation: crates, bedding, bowls, litter boxes and litter, collars, leashes, and bottled water. All you need to provide is your pet’s food for the duration of their stay and a current health certificate with proof of vaccinations. This health certificate must be signed by a licensed veterinarian and is valid for 30 days.

We provide crates for all our passengers, which are disinfected after each use. We use a powerful cleaner that kills all known viruses and bacteria, including Parvo, Coronavirus, Canine Adenovirus, Reovirus, Leptospirosis and Parainfluenza. New bedding is used for each transport, however you may provide your pet's own familiar bedding if desired.

Please measure/size your pet as shown in the size charts below, ensuring the correct height, length, and width to provide ample enough space for your pet. Your pet's comfort is our major concern, so we always recommend you size up when selecting a crate for cross-country travel.

Your cats can ride together in our largest crate at only $100 per each additional cat. Sharing a crate can save considerable cost. Note that your cats and dogs will never share crates with other customers. Each crate will be large enough to hold a full size litter box and allow your cat ample space.

In accordance with the rules and regulations of the USDA, and the humane policies outlined by the Independent Pet & Animal Transport Association (IPATA), all animals must have ample room to stand and turn around easily in their carriers.
